We believe in delivering the best products which are handcrafted by skilled men and experts in the field, keeping in mind the emotions and ethics of upcoming fashion trends. We assure you the quality of our products and endeavour to provide absolute user satisfaction. Once the product has been delivered to the User after purchase from the Platform and if you are unhappy with our product, all returns or Exchange of the product shall be governed by and subject to Terms of Use as well as the below elaborated Return and Exchange Policies.

1. Exchange & Return Process

Requests for return or Exchange of products purchased from our e-commerce portal, www.jainsonstycoon.com, are required to be made by Users within 10 days from delivery of the product(s). Users can place their request to our Customer Care Team via email at jainsonstycoon.com@gmail.com or call us at our Toll-Free number 1800 120 000 500 (India Customers).

2. You are to send your details i.e. Order number/ Order ID and Reasons for Exchange and Return via email.

Please note: Accessories are NOT eligible for Return or Exchange.
3. We offer 2 types of returns and Exchanges:

a) Exchange at Store:

We would assist you at all Jainsons Tycoon stores i.e. nearest to your location, after your request has been received, processed and accepted by the Customer care team. We will communicate all the acceptance on your registered email/ or phone number.

b) Online Exchange:

You are requested to adhere to the below detailed process for exchanging the purchased products online.

• After the delivery of the purchased product, if you are unsatisfied with the product subject to the issues stated in point number 6 below, kindly email us your order details of the existing product which you want to replace or return at jainsonstycoon.com@gmail.com

• Return Pick-up facility is available in selected locations depending on the courier services in the said location. If you choose to schedule a pick-up, you must properly wrap the product in a packet and do not seal the packet. The product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and all the tags should be intact. Keep the packet ready and open, to quicken the pickup process. Our staff may initially scan the product at the time of pickup and a quality check of the product will be conducted at our Returns Desk/Warehouse.

• If return pick-up option is not available at your location you can even Self-Return the product to us. In case your area pin code is not eligible for Return Pick-up mode then, you may self-return the product to our Returns desk/Warehouse. The product should be properly wrapped and the you must ensure that the product is unused, unaltered, unwashed and all the tags are intact. Also, please mention the Order ID and Return ID of the returned product on the package.

The courier bill/receipt should satisfy the following conditions for successful processing:

• It should contain the weight of the return product.

• Residential/office address, destination address, shipment date, amount and other details should be mentioned.

• The information on the receipt should NOT be edited/over-written.

• The courier charge (amount mentioned on the receipt) should not go past the Sender-Destination-Service combination and shall be cross checked with the courier company.

• This is subject to your returns being inspected and successfully processed upon receipt at our end.

• Once the product is received at our end, it will go through an internal quality check. After the product is verified, we will process the Exchange request.

4. Term & Conditions of Exchange or Return:

a) The returned product should be fresh, unwashed, unaltered and unused with the tag intact as it will be checked at our end.

b) Returns or Exchanges are allowed with products of same price or higher.

c) Returns or Exchanges at a store is valid only in India.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

a) Unavailable Item

We aim to keep in stock every product displayed on our website. However, if an item is unavailable due to any reason, we will inform you via email within two (2) working days from the date of purchase. Thereafter, you will have the option of either substituting your product with a same or higher priced product or cancelling the order. In case of cancellations, a refund will be initiated accordingly.

b) An easy cancellation process is available for all our valued customers.

You can cancel your online order before the product has been shipped, by making a refund request within 24 hours of placing the order and your entire order amount will be refunded.

• You can make a refund request by sending us an email on jainsonstycoon.com@gmail.com

• We do not accept partial order cancellation requests.

• In case you have any complaints regarding the product, please ensure that you report it to us within 5 days of receiving the product, in order to request for refunds.

6. Refunds will be granted only in the following cases:

• Genuine size issues, only for unused, unaltered garments with tags

• Genuine quality issues

• Packages lost in transit

• If a wrong item has been delivered to you

7. No refunds will be given in the following cases:

• In case of design and colour variations

• Products returned in a used or damaged condition

*Refunds will be made after we have received the product and duly verified it. Exceptions to the above would be made if the package has been lost in transit where the customer needs to provide the Courier slip with AWB number.

8. E-coupons/Credit note will be issued in the below refund related scenarios:

• Incorrect delivery address/Pin Code

• Incorrect address including any form of a PO Box address

• After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier

• Package refused by recipient

9. Claiming Refunds

• For Credit Card/Debit Card/Net banking or PayPal Transactions:

Our refund takes around 10 to 15 working days after initiating the refund. Refund will be credited in the same account which was used for making order payment) *

• For COD (Cash on Delivery) Transactions:

Refunds will be given in the form of E-coupons/Credit Note or Account transfer *

COD orders are not eligible for cash refunds as we do not have this facility via courier partners

*Please note that the timing of the actual account credit dependens on multiple third-party agencies such as banks and payment gateways.

10. Product Disclaimer

Embroidery and Colour

We regard the inherent qualities of our products with utmost care and we ensure the quality of our products but due to the nature of fabrics, we do not guarantee the garment’s embroidery or any colour bleeding therein.

Sizing

The fit of our clothing depends on the cut, fabric and style of every garment. Some garments are designed to have a loose, relaxed fit and some garments are styled to be more fitted. Please review our sizing guide available with each product to select the size or fit which is best suitable for you. Due to the nature of different fabrics the given measurement can differ marginally.

Colour Display

We have done our best to display the colours of the products shown on this website as accurate as possible. However, the colour of the physical products may be different from the ones displayed on the website which could be due to the settings of your monitor or colour of your visual display or resolution of the image or lights used while taking the photographs of the products.

Wash care

We request you to read the washing instructions carefully as mentioned on the tag of the product and follow the same to avoid any damages to it.

11. Transactional Disputes

Transactional Disputes if any would be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Kolkata. We, as a merchant, shall be under no liability whatsoever, in respect of any loss or damages arising, directly or indirectly, from to decline of authorization for any transaction on account of the Cardholder/customer, having exceeded the pre-set limit mutually agreed by them with their acquiring bank.

The Company reserves the right to amend and/or alter any of the above policy terms and conditions at its sole discretion.

International Return, Exchange & Refund Policy (For Countries excluding India)

We guarantee the quality of our products and endeavour to provide absolute user satisfaction. Once the product has been delivered to the User after purchase from the Platform and we will replace the product if you are not satisfied with your purchase, on the basis of following Return and Exchange Policies.

We want you to be satisfied with your order, but if unsatisfied with the product especially, concerning the size, fit, or any defect in the product, we will be happy to initiate refund or Exchange of the goods.

Any requests for Exchange or refund must be made within 10 days from delivery of the product(s)/ goods/ package purchased from our e-commerce portal www.jainsonstycoon.com, to our Customer Care Team via email at jainsonstycoon.com@gmail.com.

The User/ customer shall share with Us their Order details and Reason for Exchange in the refund request, via email.

We request the customers to kindly follow the below process for exchanging/ replacing/ returning the products.

· The User must ensure that the product, for exchange or return, is fresh, unused, unaltered and with all its tags intact and as it will be inspected at our end.

· Exchanges are allowed for products of same price or higher.

· Firstly, another new purchase should be made on our portal, www.jainsonstycoon.com. Once a new purchase is made, kindly email us your order details of the product which you want to return or replace, at jainsonstycoon.com@gmail.com.

· The product returned or replaced needs to reach us at Howrah (West Bengal - India). The User/ Customers are required to self-ship the product to our Returns desk. The User/ customer must ensure that the returned product is properly packed and is unused, unaltered, unwashed and all its tags are intact. Kindly mention the Order Number or Order ID of the returned product on the package itself.

· The User/ customer will courier the product on the below address:-

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Unavailable Item

We aim to keep in stock every item displayed on our website. However, if an item is unavailable after your purchase, due to any reason, we will promptly inform you via mail within two (2) working days from the date of the said purchase. Upon receiving an inimation from us, you have the option of either substituting your product with a same or higher priced product or cancelling the order, for which a refund will be initiated.

Cancellation or Return

An easy cancellation process is available for all our esteemed customers.

· You can cancel your online order before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded subject to the following

I. A Refund request for cancellation has to be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

II. A Refund request for cancellation shall be made by sending us an email on jainsonstycoon.com@gmail.com.

III. We do not accept Partial order cancellation requests

· In case you have any complaints regarding the product you have received, please ensure that, to seek refunds, you must report you grievance to us within five (5) days of receiving the product.

Refunds will only be done in the following cases:

· Genuine sizing issues, only for unused, unaltered garments with tags

· Genuine quality issues

· Packages lost in transit

· In case if it is found that a wrong item has been shipped & delivered to you

No refunds will be given in the following cases:

· In case of minor design and colour variations

· Products returned in a used or damaged condition

*Refunds will be made after we have received the shipment and duly verified. Exceptions to the above would be made if the package has been lost in transit.

E-coupons/Credit note will be issued in the below Refund related scenarios:

· Incorrect delivery address/Zip Code

· After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier

· Package refused by recipient

Claiming Refunds

Our refund is estimated to be credited in the account, used at the time of payment of orders, within 10-15 days after initiating the refund *

*Please note that the timing of the actual account credit is dependend on multiple external agencies such as banks and payment gateways.

Local Taxes:

ALL CHARGES SUCH AS VAT / CUSTOM DUTY / LOCAL TAXES / IMPORT DUTIES ARE BORNE DIRECTLY BY THE CUSTOMER as per the local laws of the country. The said charges will be paid directly to respective courier partner at the time of delivery. We will not refund any such charge(s).
