3)Maintenance: Cotton kurta is easy to clean and washable, wash by hand preferably in cold water .Allow it to aur dry hung on a hanger. Iron on low heat, covering with a press cloth.
On the other hand, wash Banarasi kurta in cold water with mild detergents or if possible need to be dry clean. Do not dry the fabric under direct sunlight, prefer to dry It Inside. Exposing the fabric to direct sunlight can cause fading of colour. Use iron on medium heat to remove the creases.
